I wouldn't say that I am on a diet and actually my changes are more centred on health and wellbeing than losing weight. I've cut sugar from my hot drinks (which was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be), I have upped the fruit and veg intake, cut my Haribo addiction right down to ocassions such as the pictures and increased my water/ fruit juice/ herbal tea intake. Little things.

I don't really do exercise, but many years ago I was a big fan of yoga. I love its gentle meditative nature, the effect on posture and increased flexibility. I've recently dug out my yoga DVD and have been practising at least 3 times per week. Already it's relieved my frequent back pain, and I'm getting more and more into it.
I was raised as a Christian, but don't always dedicate enouh time to my religion. I've been trying to do more, even if it's just reading a little bit of the bible each day, or spending a few moments reflecting in the local church.
My blog is changing too. Not too long ago I got dispondent about it, and even considered giving it up. I think it became a bit too focussed on fashion when I've always maintained it's very much a LIFESTYLE blog. Of course, fashion will always be involved because as a lover of clothes, fashion is very much a part of my lifestyle, but it's only one facet, and I think I was ignoring the others. I'm taking it back to the roots and feeling good about my blog again.
Have you been making any little lifestyle changes this year?
