Both are by British brand, Stratton. The first is this beautiful gold one with a stunning red rose on the lid. This is for a pressed powder cake, and is in excellent condition.
Secondly is one that I was actually looking at on Sunday at the antique fair, I considered buying it completely forgetting that mum had it in her collection. I didn't mention it to her, and then out of the blue she offered it to me on the same day, spooky or what? Anyway, this one is really different to anything else in my collection with the gorgeous blue and white enamelled top. It reminds me of blue and white crockery, I think that's why I like it.
