|So many lipsticks, so little time|
1. Rimmel lasting finish - coffee shimmer
I bought this lipstick at the end of summer when I wanted something with an autumnal tone. I like the fact that Rimmel isn't too expensive, and has a good colour range. I don't like the smell or texture of these lipsticks though, I'll still use it to death mind. This is one of my very regularly used lippys.
2. M&S Pale pink - shade name unknown
This was part of a gift set which I received last Christmas. It's a fabulous pale pink with a lovely creamy texture. This gets frequent outings, particularly if I'm rocking a 1960s look.
3. No7 Stay perfect - Cherry
Whenever you see me with an evening red lips look, this is the culprit. A lovely deep shade that applies and lasts very well.
4. Estee Lauder pure colour - Beige Shimmer
This one was part of a gift set I bought for myself earlier in the year. It's lovely in every way and could quite easily replace my go to Clinique when that dies.
5. No7 Poppy King - Allure
A gift from my mum with a barely there shade to it. Applies nicely, and perfect for every day use.
6. Rimmel lasting finish - Coral in gold
A lovely coral/ orange shade that only sees light of day in the summer (see #1 for comments on brand)
7. Revlon superlustrous - Cappuccino
I got this lipstick for free when I bought my foundation earlier in the year. I've not used it yet, but it looks like a nice and easy to wear colour for the day.
8. Avon Anew - Chocolate Brown
My most recent purchase in order to dabble in the goth trend. I have worn it once so far, and it's very dark and would be perfect for a 1930s look, which I may well try. Arguably the best packaging of all of my lipsticks with a gorgeous moisturising, creamy texture.
9. Technic - Fuschia Rose
Another pale pink. This was super cheap at just over £1, but has the best staying power of all of the lipsticks.
10. Max Factor - Ruby Tuesday
Besty, Mrs R and I got these lipsticks free at the same time. They were handing them out in Birmingham when we had gone there shopping. Another one I've not yet used, I should try it out.
11. Clinique - Blushing Nude
This was a gift from my mum. There's less than a centimetre of it left because it's such a go to shade for me. It's very creamy and lovely to wear, I'll mourn its loss.
12. Avon - Red Kiss
Another recent acquisition, this was free with my last order, and yet another I've not got around to using.
So, I think I've got every possible look covered with this little lot, unless there's any gaps you can see? What are your personal favourite lipsticks, and what cosmetic product do you seem to accumulate?
