Tonight I am off to a Burlesque show with hubby and some of our friends, and I so desperately wanted to wear the new shoes I bought the other day. I only have one green dress to my name, which is the beautiful Jasmine Guiness one Mr & Mrs R bought me for my birthday, which I wore out over Christmas. Nonetheless, it dawned on me that I had this, half finished in my stash box and started about 5 months back. It was meant to be the practice version of my party dress (you'd never believe it was once a pair of curtains would you?). Anyway, I dug it out and decided to finish it, which I did today, just in time for my night out. What do you think?
